Iliza Shlesinger's pretty good. Yeah she's a feminist and a Jew but she's not an idiot. She's actually funny unlike Schumer, doesn't solely rely on shock humor like Silverman and she's not too hard on the eyes either. Plus she's got great timing and her physical comedy is old school Jim Carrey/Chevy Chase tier. Her latest special was a solid 7/10.

Chelsea Perretti, Maria Bamford, Morgan Morphy, Lauren Lapkus, Mary Holland, Kate Berlant, Tig Notaro, occasionally Natasha Leggero are all pretty funny.

Stand up is pretty male dominated but if you look in improv circles there's a pretty even split between men and women and they're all just as funny as each other.

I'll admit the most popular female comedians tend to be shit, but the idea that women aren't funny in general is mainly just selection bias.

Honestly the only funny women are generally ones that don't know they're funny.
For example, anytime my wife and I go out to the bar or something similar she has people rolling just from the way she phrases things, and she has absolutely no intent on being funny, it's just the way she words things.
Most funny women I've met fall into this category.

I do think there are exceptions though and some women who set out to be funny are, though I think most people who set out to be funny aren't usually that funny in general.
