Just because there are others who are more severely obese, doesn't mean his morbid obesity was not a serious health problem. Extreme amounts of excess body fat do not pose less of a threat simply because others may have even more body fat.

Again, it is perfectly plausible for someone in their 40s to die as a result of obesity. The fat activist I posted died at 46. The human body does not care if others have lived somewhat longer with similar or more severe health issues. It can't be reasoned with, and to imply that his health issues did not pose a massive risk, a risk that became realized, is very foolish. Especially if your only defense is "b-but others were fatter and lasted longer before succumbing to the same fate"
