The Bill Haded episode they just put out was fantastic. I'm endlessly fascinated by behind the scenes SNL stories.

I thought he was way more engaged and coherent with Hader than he was with Stephen Merchant. Not sure what was going on there.

Norm is never one to brag but I wish he'd elaborate more on his hiring at SNL. He's apparently one of the very few performers that didn't have to go through an audition. Lorne Michaels hired him on the strength of his writing and standup.
