It's pretty good. The lived-in feel after watching Breaking Bad is pretty good. The fact that it follows both Mike and Saul's evolution makes it worth watching.

The black and white scenes are in the 'present' or most recent events in the BCS/BB universe.

Also, there's only two B&W scenes so far.

I prefer it to BB so, while there is some silly shit it keeps a more even tone.

BB annoyed me that one week it wanted to be serious drama then would be so absurd it was almost a cartoon.
