In another episode Kimberly is lured by Rita after she gets bullied by a group of girl. The whole premise was she doesn't owe anything to a society that treats her like shit.

The structure of the show is still fucked though thanks to Nickelodeon. 20 episodes a year forcing them to stretch individual series across two years while skipping every other Sentai.
