My gf wants to see it. We were gonna go today but I gotta work tonight. Maybe we'll go tomorrow afternoon.
That movie pretty shit OP. Even Blunt couldn't save it.
Did not care much for Evans. Too obvious a red herring.
Does blunt get fucked in it, i would like that
She plays a raging alcoholic. So she looks overweight and dumpy.
strange she looks mint in ops pic
I can't stand her face, she always looks miserable.
Is this OK for a first date?
It was terrible.
>starts out as an interesting murder mystery
>looks like it could go in a new direction
>nope, abusive psycopath husband did it. again
In all the marketing she is bundled up in a coat. I was as surprised as you are.
It was crap. Haley Bennett's frequent nudity was the only good thing about it
If you fuck during it maybe
>emily blunt will NEVER step on your balls
just die in my sleep already
( ._.) ( ;_;)
Emily Blunt Oscar nom?
FUCKING WHITE MEN
Brilliant
Well I'm glad to know it's accurate to the book, which I enjoyed for the most part.
Maybe I'll see it
>accurate to the book
haha no. sorry user. Blunt seems like the only one that even read it.
No, but since you mention it I'll probably settle in with a comfy train flick at some point.
>In all the marketing she is bundled up in a coat. I was as surprised as you are.
She can lose that weight if she wants. It`s not like she has a 9/5 job or anything.
To be fair, this is basically "shitty human beings" the movie.
Reminder she's getting great sex
I didn't mean it as an insult. The character in the book is overweight and dumpy because she let herself so after husband left. I admired Blunt's dedication being filmed so unflatteringly. I totally expected them to ignore that aspect of the character. They ignored many other aspects of the book to make it more "Hollywood"
YWN meet her on a train
The whole movie I just wanted to hug drunk Blunt and tell her its all going to be ok…
without a doubt my favorite film that takes place on a train, NSFW
She was the cutest drunk ever. Hollywood really is magic...
Emily Blunt is there to remind white American women that 'no, everything will be okay!'
Stop looking for a 1-1 adaption
Saw it last night, it was ok. Lots of divorced women in the theater cheered toward the end, and dumpy drunk Blunt is still fun to look at.
So you like how the novel was adapted? I feel that many of the characters like Anna or Scott were changed to make them more likeable, at the detriment of the overall story.
>implying I don't get aroused by that and casual indifference
I'm not surprised that you're a pleb, Krager.
>shit ladythriller adapted by the fucking director of The Help
>kino
at least use the meme properly
Seriously though the plot is liquid gash and the gimmick wouldn't adapt well if handled by the best of directors
just watched it. Was very good imo. But casting two similar looking blondes made it a little confusing in the beginning.
>similar looking
>big ass titles showing the names of who's speaking
no - it will make it awkward afterwards
This was surprisingly good
