RIP in peace, because you and nobody never get an sticky here anymore except if he's from Star Trek or American.

Literally who

Literally who?

Pleb detected

>2016 Cred Forums doesn't know about based Wajda

this board is utter shit

Literally who?

do i smell a forthcoming meme?

Wajda? Is that some kind of board game people use to contact the dead?

...

Kino

forgot pic

>rather than post his filmography or generate discussion about his films...
>i'll call people plebs!
>and basically say, "lmao your not gud enough to watch his films~~~"
>surely, this is what he would have wanted!

Epic. Fucking epic. Another reason Cred Forums is the best board on Cred Forums.

Ironman sucked

Oh boy I love posting on Cred Forums television & film.

The eerie thing about this is that just as I heard he was dead I was just about to sit down and watch Generation by him.
Its worth noting that Zulawski apprenticed under him.
Danton was one of those childhood films that really helped me get serious with film later on.
Katyn was interesting based on it showed a part of the war I don't see often in war films, such as the Russian atrocities, yet at the same time he made sure to show how shit the nazis were at the same time. Its also pretty moving, that said the midsection of the film is slightly weaker than the rest.
I don't know whether or not I wanted him to have gone all out on Korzaks ending, it was already such a powerful film well on par with Polanki's later Pianist.
Ashes and diamonds is one of those films where you wish it could have gone on for twenty minutes more, it had a modern feel to it even considering its age.
Once Kanal go to the bits in the sewers it achieved a sense of confinement and horror that in darkness by Agnes Holland tried to achieve but was less successful.
Need to watch the rest of his films now.

These eastern European film posters are as haunting as they are impressive.

As someone who loves European filmmakers, I have to join with the rest of these people by asking:

WHO?!

Literally unironically and unequivocally who?

>Ashes and Diamonds
I swear someone on this board recommended that film to me.

I think if I recall correctly that ashes and diamonds appears on some Cred Forums charts/lists?

Literally who?

>Someone on PTP picks one of his films because he's dead
>"I guess I'll check it out"
>"tags: drama, war, romance"
INTO THE TRASH

Nobody cares about your yuropoor non people
Same with that Bud spencer guy.

You are not going to get a sticky unless a mod gives a fuck.

That would explain that vague memory then.

Anyone seen it though, any good?

>Same with that Bud spencer guy.

You have crossed the line, motherfucker. Time and place. You are fucking dead.

I prefered Kanal but yeah is a good movie

>Kanal
just looked up the IMDB summary, sounds awesome in a brutal way.
