Kino is German for movie and probably in other languages too and even if it doesn't mean movie it's generally something related to movies like movie theatre.

Under The Skin really was true kino.

Fellowship of the Ring

Spanish for "size greater that [noun]"

Kino is german for movie theatre/cinema.

The kino meme started as a natural consequence or result of the film, movie, flick, etc, categorization by kids who thought(think) it's more interesting to shoehorn films into these meaningless categories instead of actually trying to intellectually discuss them.

It's so stupid that kino means even less now than it originally did, and pretty much anything with some meme value is regarded as "kino".

Käskopp

Whatever it is, the piece of shit known as Under the skin is far from "kino"

>implying kino is german

Soviet post-punk band
RIP Viktor

I thought it was in German but apparently in it it's movie theatre and it's the same in Russian, it means movie theatre. Movie in Russian is фильм "fil'm". Though maybe there are certain instances you can use kino for movie.

Kino is short for kinofilm and kinoteatr, so can either mean a movie theater or a movie.

Fun fact: it's also a word in Polish. Other slavic langauges too probably.

It's German for Batman V Superman Dawn of Justice
