I saved this one too and I actually don't know what the theme is.

Pretty good list but the Mutilator isn't in here and neither is the Slumber Party Massacre, Sleepaway Camp 2, Halloween 4, or Jason Part VI.

Could also get rid of the Burning, waxwork, and poltergeist. As well They Live isn't really a horror movie so I don't know why that's on the list.

looks like the theme might be sci-fi/supernatural horror, or possibly outlandish horror that makes you go "what the fuck am I watching?"

What's your problem with The Burning?

The raft scene is slasher kino but other than that the movie is mostly pretty boring especially the anti-climactic ending, plus Costanza doesn't get killed which is greatly disappointing.

Overall their other films that are leagues above this movie, it's just not really worth watching for that one scene, just watch it on youtube.
