How mad do you think he is?

How mad do you think he is?

Probably not as much as you are over a classic film you haven't and probably won't see, Cred Forumsedditor

I bet OP never has actually watched 1915 Birth

Cred Forumsbeards latch themselves onto things by impression/hearsay only.

which is it?

Why not?
Its an american essential
I dont know anyone who hasnt seen it or didnt see at school

Fuck off, Cred Forums. Seriously. The bleed-in from you people is getting terrible. I can't wait for this shitshow of an election to be over. Hillary's best bud gave her the election. Continues to do so and the mental gymnastics Trump supporters go through gets more and more entertaining.

Go to octo-chan. Stay there.

That being said the original Birth of a Nation should be watched by everyone despite it's racist leanings. The first blockbuster. An amazing feat. Fuck this thread though.

Unless you go to college film studies you're not going to watch it at school.

So have fun with that useless degree, I guess.

There is LITERALLY nothing racist about Birth of a Nation you fucking reddit tourist.

Wrong
I saw it junior high and most everybody watches it then or in high school

or used to, Im in the south btw

No one watches that in school.

>the south

What you attend can't even be called school. It's just church during the week.

Have you actually seen it? It's not that great a movie, and besides the knights in shiny bedsheets doesn't have any stand out visuals

The way the half blacks act compared to the black generation before them is.

lol its funny hearing Yankees talk about how they think the south is like.

It's exactly how they think it is. You confirm this by stating they showed Birth of a Nation in school.

>show classic American kino in school
>Yankee Puritans think art in education is a bad thing

What did you watch in school? Elf?

...

Ive seen it but they dont show this shit in school and I live in the South

that's a lie

...

It was for American history user
We saw Mississippi Burning, to kill a mockingbird, and others
The whole point was to show our history and not shy away from our past as Americans and mankind
We studied propaganda films from the cold war era too
We saw come and see in world history

No parents objected to it even though probably half of the school was full of liberal kids
We discussed them and talked about it with the black kids and mexicans
All in junior high btw

my english teacher also marathoned the original SW for the loser kids who werent in band and didnt go on the band trip

I watched a movie with all the kids who couldn't go on a field trip.

was fun as fuck, and the bus broke down on the way to where they were they were going.

the kids with no cash for the field trip won that day.

>its a "dumb culturless yankee butthurt because the south doesnt fetishces brown people as much as him" episode
