Most of the movie money these days comes from the box office. Conversely porn is something you watch alone in the privacy of your own home.
I think what you have here is a similiar case to drugs and the mafia. Basically in the 40-50s the drugs trade started to become a thing but the Italian mafias didnt want to touch it as it would upset their clients in other rackets like politicians etc. If Disney was to get involved in the porn industry in such a heavy way it would gather a lot of critcism from its family friendly customers. Disney have most likely already thought of this a thousand times but overall the potential profits isnt worth the potential losses in their main market
