Last year I went to see The Prodigy, did LSD and other drugs there. On the way home I was off my tits and listened to that for some reason, and it was fucking great. Danced through the streets and got lost and it was just one of those wild nights

I've only tripped on acid once, and honestly, music only served as a distraction and a reality-grounder for me when I started getting paranoid and just wanted the trip to end. Also, I started to listen to one dissonant song and it fucked me up. Wouldn't recommend doing it alone, btw, unless you're experienced enough that you know you can handle it.
