Why is Bundesliga so bad and unwatchable?

Why is Bundesliga so bad and unwatchable?

is this /bundes/?

Germans are awful marketers and showmen

Not enough money to attract top stars anymore.
1. Bundes has become completely unwatchable, I unironically agree. It's bland as hell.

Why is Croatia so poor and all their sluts come to Germany to marry rich German alpha males?

Bayern
Wins
Lol

lack of pacy negros with double barreled names

Bundesliga and La Liga are more fun to watch through tactical diversity of all the clubs from top to bottom, which has in turn created a much more stable youth and senior national team.
PL is just top 6 teams shitting on the rest of the bunch, with the bottom teams resorting to savagery and ancient era tactics that are praised by the media for putting up such a fight with the top teams being criticized for their attempt at differentiating on the aforementioned tactics thus creating a poor environment for talent development and, in turn, creating a poor national team.

wtf? except from bayern winning it again this is the most exciting season in years and it sure as fuck beats other european leagues.

if you're looking for big stars, sure, go look elsewhere, but if you're truly interested in supporting your home team and close matches in which the winner isn't 99% sure beforehand (except matches against bayern), then bundes is best for you. it must be bad as hell for bandwagoners though.

VAR sure makes games exciting.
You never know who gets the bullshit decision their way!
(Except Köln, they always get the short end of the stick.)

cringe

t. Stammtischphilosoph

every match is not vs elend now (except the buyern ones)

the problem is bayern

>t. DFL drone
go suck Reinhard's dick

You can watch our league instead, but I still enjoy bundes, except for bayernwins

Because super Bayern dominance.
All the other teams just park the bus and don't know how to dominate weaker teams.

They discuss about abolishing 50+1 because everyone got triggered that Dortmund was bought out by the English customer league.

this
i dont know why but it was gotten alot worse since ~2010

Also Watzke saying we don't need abolishing 50+1 because Real Madrid and Barce have this too.

Yeah sure. Look at Real and Barca reach, marketing and finance.

All the other German clubs are too stupid to market a club like Bayern.
Look at the shitty English customer clubs, they just got good by being bought out by investors.
We already have teams like Leipzig, Wolfsburg and Bayer where people simply just celebrate a product.
Why not get rid of 50+1 at all, at this point i don't even give a fuck.

Realistically speaking, beside Bayern, there’s no team in Bundesliga which would beat top 5 teams in Serie A, La liga, and EPL. German teams worsened in last couple if years.

Their league and ownership rules can't compete in the super club/super owner age.

>La Liga
okay, but some teams could beat them

>EPL
okay, but some teams could beat them

>Serie A

Nigger what, come the fuck on.

Germans, opinion on this?

All objectively wrong.

Watzke is a clueless cunt and the whole Club will fall back into mediocrity as it's driven by shareholders aka 'we just sold a key player and superstar let's replace him with 1-2 unproven kids'

meh, it would be nice if the bundes could be more competitive in the cl but I also wouldn't want my club to be a plaything for some rich sandnigger like Psg or a group of jews who just care about profit like Manu.
It can also go very wrong if some clueless fuck tries to control a club, just look at 1860.

>Bayern have been top at Christmas for a quarter of a century

Germans and Turks defend this

>no promotion or relegation

If you disregard Bayern, bundes has the most parity of all the top leagues.

Only because the entire league is inconsistent. The second place in the GBL is averaging 1.6 points per game which is atrocious, and the entire league has been btfo so hard in European competition that even France has more teams left

>too stupid
yeah, no. bayern is in an exceptional position in the league due to their superb management and customer acquisition. they have constantly made the right choices in an economic sense since the seventies and following the mechanics of capitalism, they are now on top and always will be (given the rules don't change).

they have the ability to financially solve every sport-related problem the bundesliga can throw at them, for example by buying the best players from semi-concurring teams.

this means they will almost always be successful on the pitch, which in turn means they will constantly improve on their fanbase because "erfolgsfan" is a very real thing. if they generate a supporter in hamburg by becoming deutscher meister for the 99th time, for example, there is one less potential hiv or st.pauli fan, which in turn hurts these clubs financially, which in turn hurts these clubs' sport-related perspectives, which in turn leads to bayern dominating the league.

the only thing that could break this circle is abandoning 50+1 and clubs becoming much more open to investors, which is generally frowned upon in the german fanbase (see leipzig) because it makes football be mostly about which franchise can throw the most money at players.

As this really is the way football works on international levels, the bundes will steadily get outbought in international competitions and completely become a developement league for the bigger leagues.

what's keeping bundes alive really is "smaller" clubs competing among themselves and the immense amount of fan-support this generates. even "smaller" clubs like köln or stuttgart or frankfurt have levels of support no spanish clubs and few english clubs in those regions of the table could generate.

Not even true though. Hoffenheim were in their first season in the league, Dortmund were in the 2010/11 season

>clubs like köln or stuttgart or frankfurt have levels of support no spanish clubs and few english clubs in those regions of the table could generate.
You also have 20 million more inhabitants than we do.

>You also have 20 million more inhabitants than we do.
that's right. also bundes only has 18 teams. i never wanted to critisize the english or the spanish league, though. i just wanted to point out the difference and how it keeps the bundes being relevant on at least the national basis.

Why do Germans marry Croatian sluts if they are rich alpha males?

Cause 3rd World women are low maintenance.

It's really not. It's actually the most watchable league of them all. It would be instantly fixed by Bayern joining a European Super League with the rest of the plastic clubs like Man City and PSG

That's not true at all. Women who grew up poor are much more materialistic than women who grew up comfortably. They treat relationships more like business

That's exactly what I said though.

Abandon 50+1 to have financial defense against EPL clubs trying to buy out German teams.
Do we want a more competitive league at the top with clubs who can compete in the CL?
Or do we want to please the hardcore fanbase?
Look at the Polish, Turkish, whatever league. They all have tremendous fan-support but where are their clubs in international competition?

We have 3 clubs centered around a literal product already but still hang on to muh 50+1 for other clubs which makes absolutely no fucking sense.
The system needs a reform one way or another. Right now there is zero reason to watch Bundesliga.

That doesn't disprove his point though.
Germany does have huge regional markets like Hamburg, Ruhrpott, Berlin, Frankfurt, which would be very lucrative.

>frowned upon in the german fanbase (see leipzig)

Also in Leipzig itself RB has huge support amongst fans.

the problem with attracting investors (if bundes decides to do that) will be that germany, unlike england and spain, does not have an extensive colonial history. this means that while former colonies of england can be sold on the epl and meso and south american countries on the spanish league, there are almost no countries who have any kind of muh heritage interest in germany. bundes really doesn't have much "natural" marketing potential.

Anyone else watching the Sportreportage on ZDF? A family of surfing teenagers with gigantic tits, lol.

wow, thanks!

Partly disagree.
There may be a language barrier but Bundes is heavily marketed in China, also Bayern has huge marketing potential globally.
Hypothesis: clubs like Schalke, Dortmund, HSV have a bigger marketing potential than Man City f.e.

Dayum who is that blonde moderator?
Muh dickkk...

>former colonies
Lmao, what the fuck. Asian and Arabic markets are the only liquid ones anyway.

dude Napoli just lost against Leipzig

*dabs on you*

I'm sure some clubs (not all, but the ones in attractive local markets) would have no problems finding chinese and russian investors

>It can also go very wrong if some clueless fuck tries to control a club, just look at 1860.
Because Hasan didn't realize what 50+1 actually meant and thus didn't want to put in serious money.

Also I bet if 50+1 falls 1860 is the first team to get pumped up by some Arabs

The quality has seriously declined. Every team except Bayern is almost equally shit and it’s showing, making most games unbearable to watch.
