I've used a few times before, but recently I've been getting more into it. I don't really like drugs in general, hell I don't really enjoy smoking weed. I used to be a borderline alcoholic a couple years ago but I've sorted myself out. Stable job, girlfriend, etc. I enjoy the occasional bender though. I don't like the idea of sticking needles in myself and I don't see that ever happening. I just like to educate myself on the things I choose to do.

I fap 5 times a day and drink 8 energy drinks a day and get drunk every day, but I workout 3 hours a day and I feel amazing. I also smoke 1 pack a day. I can do 60 pushups in a row and 25 pullups, I sleep 6 hours a day, I'm pretty sure I'll reach 70 without problems and going strong. Not op though. Just saying that with working out living long is not hard.

I lost my first real love due to my alcohol abuse. I don't drink nearly as much anymore, not just because of that, but I was falling down stairs every day and pretty much just waking up to go back to the liquor store. I don't see my new "fix" becoming a problem. Even though it's quite addictive. I've learned moderation and self control, but anything can happen. Never IV'd morphine, but (and I know it's not exactly the same) was hooked on morphine sulphate for about 10 years. I loved every second of it. This happened during the lead up to getting my spine fused. It was before the crackdown on opiates, so the pain docs would give you how much of whatever just to get you out of the office. At the end I was taking 200-300mg of MS a day, plus fent patches and as many 20mg Roxy's as I could eat.
The worst thing about it was I never thought I was using. Yeah, I was in a unbelievable amount of pain at all times, but I had convinced myself that I wasn't a junky. It's way to slippery a slope, at least for me, and withdrawal is a nightmare. I don't condemn anyone for getting caught up by opiates, I just don't recommend messing with them too much. You don't see or feel the teeth sinking into you. The feeling they give you is better than any human warmth and affection.

Docs are too scared to give out scrips for anything now. You will have a really hard time finding one willing to prescribe higher doses or large amounts of anything unless you're circling the drain and they're just trying to make you comfortable.

I never found relief from CBD, THC, muscle relaxers or anything OTC. Is there any type of surgery that can benefit you? I was lucky enough to have insurance to get the surgeries done, but I still went broke trying to pay for doc and hospital bills. Had to declare bankruptcy in the end. Honestly it's worth it to get rid of the pain. I felt, and still feel, like a fucking scumbag for doing it. After insurance paid their part I was looking at close to 40k in assorted bills. I had to quit my job because it required me flying around the country (USA) and then driving to wherever. I was rolling the dice every time I got behind the wheel.

What method of consumption are we talking about? Snorting, shooting or smoking coke vs meth? I know the basics of delivery, and how fast each method acts, I'm more interested in the differences of highs, not just the initial head rush. The one person I've talked to about this stuff in person has had real experience with a lot of stuff and said meth was like coke x100 but obviously extremely more addictive. Then there's speed, which I imagine is in between the two. Just curious about this stuff because I find it interesting

I was doing pretty okay for a few years after the surgeries. Pain never completely went away but was tolerable. Then around 3 years ago my wife and I were driving to GameStop. We had just stopped at a red light and as we started moving some 80 year old guy decided he was tired of waiting to get out of a Walmart parking lot. He T-boned us, collapsing the front passenger door, where I was sitting. The fire department had to use those big cutter things to get me out. When the police arrived he was a total ass. Old guy wouldn't cooperate at all. He had a pistol on him, CCW I believe (doesn't really matter we're an open carry state), and he refused to surrender it so the bike cop could do his investigation. He almost got suicided by being a dick, even though he was completely at fault.

You don't have a whole lot of choice on where to go from here. It is a shit position to be in. You can either find a doc that specializes in spinal treatment or surgery, or try to get painkillers the hard way. I recommend, with all my heart, to find a surgeon. They can usually get you the bare minimum of meds to get by until surgery.
I don't recommend getting painkillers of the street. The last thing you want is to get pinched and do time with pain like that. Plus the cost of getting them from a dealer is retarded.
I hope, sincerely, that you're able to get the help you need.

Nope. Vertebrae above fusion slid laterally. Disks in neck ruptured, some torn. Surgeon wanted to fuse neck, but I can't afford it honestly. I refused painkillers because I cannot trust myself.
If I tilt my head the wrong way for too long it triggers a migraine. Happens quite a lot.
