He stopped suddenly and I didn't... from the impact and not paying attention because we were moving so slowly my foot slipped on the accelerator and pushed that guy for a few feet. Because my car is low as fuck, front end slipped under his rear end. We both had a chat... It was rear end impact but he braked without a reason... so we agreed on common fault and we now both have to fix our cars.
Also, why is life hard. My business failed hard. I invested all my time and shit in that business and it slowly died ... until it was dead. When that business was dead I found myself alone... because that's what I did all day... work and work... When I didn't have what to work... I lost all.

Because where I live there are 2 types of insurance. 1 is to cover damages made by your car and it's mandatory and the other one covers your own damage, costs a shit and may not help you in some cases.

They are if you know how to handle them. Those sensors make my life a lot easier when trying to diagnose what's wrong with it, if there is anytime something wrong with it. But most of the times the problems are the sensors, which are extremely easy and cheap to replace.

OP here. To be honest, before my company died, I worked only on BMW. You can kill bmw's extremely easy. I mean if you're a normal person and not a guy who reads about cars daily, you have a fair chance to kill a bmw without even knowing. If you get to know all the factory problems and know how to caress the car you'll have no problems. The biggest problems with bimmers is the timing chain on almost all models.

You can buy a full plastic interior if you don't give a fuck about comfort, or you can buy the most expensive custom interior made exactly for your expensive tastes if that's what you want.

Once insurance gets involved it becomes a clusterfuck for minor fender benders and shit.

The problem would actually be until the insurance company actually pays for your repairs. The car is locked in the service until the payment is done and it can take up to months until you get paid. The insurance can also give you money, without involving a service so you can repair it yourself. And if you fix it cheaper than they calculated, you get to keep the money. So... Still a mistery, since I never asked the guy for his insurance.

I am going to buy parts from the wreck yard here (there are a lot of BMW's with broken engines and great condition body and interiors there) and just mount the parts back on. I hope the paint will match perfectly and I'm good. But i'd never go to the dealership. That damage at the dealership would cost me waaay over 6k and 2-3 months of work.
