Nah I smoked alot when I was 16-23. In last 3 years it wasn't really much and I even had 1 year where I only smoked a few times. I also had periods of not smoking for weeks/months. Most times I smoked weed with friends, nearly never alone. And now it feels to me like I experienced all drugs and was high long enough. I have no craving for weed or other drugs. Other than the anxiety what I disliked about weed was when I was a stoner life passed by quicker, a whole year disappeared from my memory when I was smoking everyday. But I dialed it in and only smoked it occaisionally, but now I never smoke because it only brings back unpleasant memories and feelings. Some people definitely get addicted to it, smoke shatter every day, spend thousands, that's territory I don't know about. Some people become stoners even though they don't even enjoy weed, its a social thing or their lives are empty and its its like compulsive eating. So there are risks to be aware of, but I'm thankful for my weed smoking years, it really built my character.

Oh, and don't exercise right after smoking. It has some pretty powerful cardiovascular effects for the first half hour or so.
