Get some fucking exercise in you, go out and do stuff, learn an instrument, learn a new skill, fucking do something, because if you kill yourself without at least making a GOOD fucking effort to improve your situation, then you probably should kill yourself.

I do yoga, I go out hiking in nature. I play guitar, piano, drums, bass violin, accordion. I meditate. I get a regular 8-9 hours sleep at the same time every day. I eat a plant based, whole food diet. These days I drink little to no alcohol, only very occasionaly do weed (2-3 times a year), no class A drugs. I've got my shit together user. I've made an effort. Nothing makes me happy, I just want out.
