You’re not very informed. When the elite from these other countries get sick, they come to the US. The Mayo Clinic has its own runway to accommodate foreign patients who fly in. We have the best health care in the world, and anyone with a decent job who isn’t a fuck-up deadbeat has great insurance. At least, we had great insurance until Obamacare fucked it up. I would agree we are somewhat sub-par now because of that.

But make no mistake - when your leaders get genuinely sick, they come to America. The reverse is not true.
