Hey also I have a method to get rid of a cold sore, but you need to spot it within the first 12 hours you detect it.

Get some IV needles. Small and sterile. Once you feel it coming on, you should be able to flatten your lip and see a small spot where the virus is forming, if you are lucky it will be just one or two blisters beneath the skin. Take the needle, and puncture them. It might hurt a little bit, but be precise and avoid stabbing your lip more than you have to. Squeeze your lip like a pimple and drain ALL the clear fluid out. Make sure you clean the site before and after doing this.

If you do this correctly there will be no physical signs anything is wrong, and you will only feel very slight bruising in your lip for a day or two. I have done this 3 times and successfully prevented cold sores each time.
