There is currently 7bills in congress to fix healthcare problems but the house will not hear any of them because they don't steal from working people to give healthcare to lazy mud people and illegals.
Obama's recovery was weak at best. The problem was all the excessive regulations, combined with "free" trade agreements that caused businesses to move production overseas. Trump reversed a lot of that and that is why the economy is rising faster now.
