Hi, I usually come around here to laugh or see interesting stuff but, my dog started to seem unenergetic and stopped eating, today I went to the vet to see what was wrong and after a couple of check ups they determined that she had a kidney malfuction, also an extramly high level of creatinine... the doctor said she might not even survive the night and the best option might be to put her to sleep, I know it might be imposible but, does someone know what else could I do? I don't want it to end this way.

I know this is rough, and I feel for you man. No one likes to have to make that call, but suffering for longer is never the option. Spend what little time you have left with your dog. Do not leave your dog. You knew inside that eventually the day would come where this would happen but now that it is here you want to delay and find another option, but sometimes letting go is the best thing you can do.
Unironically, I'm sorry. Life is a short ride and we are lucky to get to spend it with the few friends we get, and we owe it to them to see them out of this place with love and respect. Give your dog dignity in death and honor her memory when she is gone. Be there with her when she slips away, as hard as it might be for you, it is harder for her.

Sometimes things change man, tell the vet you wont put her to sleep and you want to do literally everything you can do that way even if she passes you know you did all you could. Cry if you need to, just try to be strong for your doggo. Animals can feel shit like that.

What food do you feed her? Most kibble contains plastic, extremely high levels of toxic pesticides, rotted meat, and sometimes even dog and cat meat as well in the lower brands.
I've heard a lot of stories of people's dogs suffering from health defects because of kibble.

I am very sorry OP. There is very little you can do at this stage. The kibble you fed her most likely killed her, if that's the case. I see it all the time with kidney disease, tumors, and skin problems.
Most lower end kibbles contain dog meat from euthanized dogs. They are sold from vet clinics back to the meat processing companies. Avoid the lower end brands. IN fact, avoid all kibble you can and try to feed mostly meat. You can buy ultra-high end kibble or Canadian kibble brands, but only as a supplement to mix in with meat.
There is conclusive proof of dog meat in many lower kibble brands, including the euthanasia drug used to kill them. If you euthanize your dog and let the vet's office keep the remains, it is likely she will be processed into kibble for other pets.
Stand against this evil and abhorrent practice. These furry people deserve better. They cannot choose, so you must educate yourself to choose for them. Be a responsible pet owner.

my advice going forward, look into the best vets in your state, you may not be able to do anything for this pet, but you will likely get another one and its a great idea to know literally the best vet you can feasibly drive to within a 3 hour time frame along with the best one that you can drive to in 30 minutes, and do regular check ups with a good cheap one.
we are lucky to have I beleive one of if not the best in the country that is an hour away, save our cats life by transitioning it from male to female... and no i'm not joking but its the funny way to put it, our cat had a problem where their pee was crystallizing and this would block the path, and was going to kill the cat, on the way to put the cat to sleep they reached out to us to tell us about the surgery and its success rates.
so yea, to bad to hear about your dog but it will be a good idea to look into it.
because dogs tend to be fairly violent and training is hard, but neutering the dog tends make them far more manageable. it also makes their piss smell better and takes out some of that territory marking tendencies.
unless you are a real fucking good owner, I would rather you neuter/spay then keep them intact.
