No. I did let a homeless guy use my phone once, but it didn't seem like he was able to achieve anything. I tend to avoid them or give them change if for some reason I am actually carrying it.

was homeless for a bit because i thought i was causing natural disasters and people's deaths, met a lot of homeless friends, would give them enough money to eat but i don't even have enough for myself now. don't really care if they spend it on drugs because other than the possibility of being attacked homelessness is a very dull state of being.
