I've got baby swamp injectors, turbo wheel, Dana 60 front and rear.
Depending on your mileage and location, I'd take a look at your idm though. Yours looks clean so I doubt it's too bad.. Mine came from the rust belt so my idm actually got water in it and shorted.. Like right after I did the idm mod too.

7.3s are just slow. I love mine and I’ve been in real hot ones but it’s just an old tractor and I drive it like one. Instead of putting 10k in it I bought a triumph with a turbo on it and I can go 175mph and scare the dog whacker out of myself. Different strokes but I wouldn’t have wild ambitions for that ol Ford.

The idm is a pain to get into unfortunately, lot of silicone cutting and prying lol.
And tunes aren't bad at all to get.. I recommend 1023 diesel for tunes as the owner does the tuning and he's got a nice ass 7.3 making tons of safe power.
As for all the stuff.. It's great stepping stone for reliable power. The baby swamp injectors are great for stock power to a mild level. Turbo wheel was honestly mostly just for getting it to be a bit more turbo sounds lol.. But it's a wicked wheel 2 so it spools faster too.

You drove really nice cars! Yes to deal with TÜV is a big problem. But the most time there is a solution. All entrys in the paper of Corsa are made but with 370hp it definitely needs a differential lock. Traction control is programmable and a big help, too. Hope it will run fine. It is interesting how many people still deal with old Opels today. Yesterday i helped a friend with a Opel GT Project.
