Anyone done shrooms? I'm thinking of doing some to clear my head and bad habits, any advice is welcomed also

a guide? Just have a friend you trust and love to take them with you. Having somebody try and manipulate your trajectory obviously will lead to a bad trip. anybody who says you should have that is fucking retarded

Did it togheter with two fiends. Really was my best phycedelic trip ever. Here's my tips:

-Have a safe place to be inside with easy access to the outside aswell.

I wanted to explore the outside for the first 3 hours, but it was great to have somewhere too crash when it got cold.

-Buy delicious food, and have some videogames or activities avaliable.

I experienced the truest nostalgia when I played crash bandicoot after I'd been outside. Felt like I was a kid again.

-If its your first time, take a half dose and if you're enjoying yourself after an hour, take the rest of it.

I took all what I had too begin with, and it was very manageable, but to be on the safe side I would start with half. Eveyrone reacts differently.

-Lastly, do your own research. Psychedsubstancd on youtube is a great guy who explains different drugs and his experiences.

I've taken shrooms with others and by myself multiple times. The only thing that will really dtermine if it gets bad is what's going on inside of your brain. Can't blame an outside situation for a bad trip unless you are an extremely weak individual

I've made some major good life decisions after taking shrooms like stopping smoking and moving out from some toxic roomies and people I realized would never change while tripping. And a lot of other minor stuff you normally ignore you can be fully aware about enough to realize you need to change. Worked best alone to have the time to process your thoughts but I highly recommend it with friends too.

If you're afraid having a bad trip I recommend having some MDMA ready, gets you back on the nice trip. Haven't needed it myself but it helped a friend.

Also don't do it with friends who are the pranking type, it sucks being stuck it a trip with people who can't chill.

And of course don't over do anything, especially stuff that messes with your brain, but I haven't had any negative effects so far which I can't say about a lot of other stuff I've tried.
