There's no evidence for either case. There's no such thing as "evidence that proves a certain sexuality is the case or not the case". These are just categories based on behavior. There's no way to prove anything other than particular sex acts, but bisexuality has to do with attraction, and it's impossible to prove or disprove that a person isn't at least capable of a certain kind of attraction even if they haven't felt it yet (you could roam the earth for 50 years and only then find a single same sex person you find attractive, only then confirming your bisexuality)
further, sexual orientation is a made up concept
