Now, in the current impeachment drama, Democrats have alleged that Trump tied $400M+ in aid to Ukraine contingent on Ukraine providing information to Trump that could potentially be damaging to Trump’s biggest threat in the 2020 election, Joe Biden. Republicans have countered that nobody with direct knowledge of such a connection has testified, and thus all the allegations the Democrats have are based on hearsay, rumor, “he said, he didn’t say”. Circumstantial evidence, not enough to convict. What’s this: former National Security Advisor John Bolton, who WOULD have that direct knowledge, has not only indicated his willingness to testify but has released a manuscript of a forthcoming book that specifically states openly exactly the connection the Democrats are alleging?
I’m calling it first, here & now, so someone screenshot this: John Bolton is going to mysteriously wind up dead in the next 2-3 weeks.
Let's keep in mind, every person who MIGHT have direct knowledge of this connection has been blocked from testifying, first by Trump & now by McConnell. It's almost as if everyone in the administration and the entire Senate leadership KNOWS Trump is guilty and is using every procedural tactic they can to keep this information from becoming public.
This is the same political party that has benefited from Roger "Dirty Tricks" Stone stopping at nothing to keep the GOP in power. I say let Schiff testify, if it'll get Bolton, Mulvaney, Pompeo & Rick Perry to testify under penalty of perjury.
