Bill Gates cannot dodge a punch from a professional boxer. The things he are known for do not require a near instantaneous reaction from the brain and body.

It’s a bit of a broad question. Intelligence can mean many things at once. Your reaction speed, your working memory capacity, and your problem solving skills are only some of the things people think of when they hear the word.

Personally, I have faith that most humans, given adequate nutrition and a stimulating upbringing, are capable of learning anything and doing anything. As long as their brain is healthy, nothing should stop them from learning.

That's what we are trying to narrow down. For me I think it is a combination of processing external stimuli, memorization, understanding the consequences of your actions, ability to learn, and empathy.

I think there are different types of intelligence, some people are very charismatic and socially aware which i would argue is a form of intelligence as they have the ability to pick up on subtle things that enable them to interpret the social situation.
Then there are people who are very academically capable but may not be able to function aswell in a social situation.

Intelligence is your ability to perceive the world. Most people learn through trial and error and memorizing their error to hopefully not do it again. An example of rare intelligence is someone who can analyze a situation they are put in for the first time in their life and determine the result without the trial. Intelligence of this nature can be used in mathematics and abstract. Once being introduced to abstract and higher forms of human knowledge it can quickly be understood and applied. I guess efficiency is an easy breakdown of intelligence

Most psychopaths also are not very successful in the world. I added empathy because it shows you have the ability to understand something from another person's point of view. This is something only humans are capable of and is one reason we are differentiated from animals. Consider one person who is not empathetic at all vs one who is. Who would you consider more intelligent?
Also, it's just one part of my definition. I think intelligence is a combination of all those traits.

There are so many difference ways to gauge intelligence, that you can spend an eternity arguing who is "smarter".

Do you have any proof of that? I would say estimate how much of the population is a diagnosed psychopath first. Then take the percentage of that group that is successful and compare it to the percentage of the group of "normal retards" aka non psychopaths that are successful. I'll let you go ahead and do that research.
