I've tried literally everything I can think of
Warehouse employment, welding, mechanic, culinary arts, custodian, graphic design, going to college, delivery guy..
Literally no matter what I do it turns into shit and I end up resigning because I can't stand the job anymore.

A job is not the means, it is a way to a means. What are your priorities? Work to play? Or work to work? Identify your priorities. Define your values. Then make decisions based off only that.
8-12 hours of working is fine for me as long as I actually like it.

If you didn't get to spend enough alone time welding, as a mechanic, custodian, or web designer, then I guess you could try learning coding, or truck driver. Usually yes, you have to go to school for the CDL. If you pass I don't see why they would refuse you.
But if you speed/crash while you're employed then you will probably lose the job.
I've seen people with 3 traffic violations and become commercial truckers
