The old tina- the D kind was perfect for me- I was able to stay focused, motivated and could actually accomplish things for once. Ring someone who's sober/not_an_AA_cult_head and just tell them your mad to do it and why and stuff. Might get it out of your system. Plan things to do that weekend. Enjoyable things. When you want to do it real bad set an hour timer and decide at the end of it if you want to rest the timer. Hour too long? Cut the time down til you think you can last just one go of the timer. If you relapse don't be a little bitch and beat yourself up about it.

- Alcohol. Socially, but I prefer not to have more than 2-3 drinks unless dancing hard.

Coke is a motherfucker. Your shift is going to be hell n probably will run out before you clock in. Depending on the batch in the beginning the feelings incredible for a bit w/out requiring many lines.
