>half life poster

I think that's about the middle ground for a gaming PC user. I'm not all too familiar with gear but for what you got there it seems all good! Please post the rest of the comic it seems really good

i can relate to this page

There's like 9 volumes.

so u dont rly care bout storage space, huh? 3 games is all u gonna have there?

Maybe the SSD is a caching drive for a NAS.

i have 10 external 2tb drives from my old porn days so i dont need that much storage for now

>dlc of japan language
just learn english, u fucking chinese drawing character
>tfw u r from none of the countries that translate the games by default and u just know english, cuz they taught it in school
imagine - not having media in your native language and u still can handle it

i dunno what u mean by "NAS". Did u mean "NSA"? Anyway, if thats not the disk hes gonna use for whatever, he didnt list any other

lol, you don't know things.

u must be mental
so, where r u gonna be installing games? On the air next to ssd and 10 externals? How many games r u planning on having?

2600 goes well with 1660 ti
motherboard is fine, nothing special
good amount of ram but i've never heard of gammix and 2666 is really slow
you're gonna need more storage, go to your local staples or microcenter and pick up a 1tb hard drive for like 50 bucks.

so maybe answer the question

Network Attached Storage.

intel.com/content/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/smart-response-technology.html

I wouldn't go over 700
It's used hardware dude, and not even that good by today's standards.

so u have a hdd to put in?

*600
I'm assuming you're buy this used?

amd.com/en/technologies/store-mi

I have 500GB and I don't have many issues with space tbh. I've had this computer for two yearsish and I've only just now had to remove content for new games.

what did u remove and how many new games did u put in

Well silly question, is someone building it for you?
Does it come with a monitor?
Or are you putting it together yourself?

If you have someone that knows what they're doing putting it together to make you a custom rig and it comes with a monitor. I think that's about fair, if it has neat little light up LEDs everywhere.

For just those parts putting it together yourself with no monitor, seems highwe than it should be. Is it the latest gen of Ryzen 5? I assume it is at 10-cores. AsRock is cheap as shit nowadays, and I don't mean money wise, I mean their quality has gone done quite a bit in the last decade.
And RAM isn't expensive anymore in general.
Barracuda isn't an SSD. Please send a link if I'm wrong, I just remember the Barracuda's being Seagates 2TB Hybrids.

The CPU is getting pretty old and Ryzen 3 series is such a better step up Idk if I would spend 1k on a Ryzen 5 build... Although I'm not near expert hopefully more will chime in on this.

>BarraCuda
Do not buy Seagate drives unless you are a data center getting a massive discount. They are shit.

*Ryzen 5 2000 series build

what would you recommend? or get for 1k?

OP I think this is important ::::
When buying used PC you need leeway for new storage. Always assume it's ready to fail if you're buying used, I wouldn't trust used drives at all.

yes, some guy is building for me, no monitor, yes it has the led lighting. I don't know what to get?? I just want to play my games like iracing etc etc smoothly.

Oops I'm retarded sorry im drunk dont read any of these

You might be able to save some money on the 1660 Ti
youtube.com/watch?v=BEz7lv2tF68
Some info and comparisons

Also, here's a handy site, for comparing graphics cards.
gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-1660-Ti-vs-AMD-RX-5700/4037vs4046
AMD's 5700 runs a little better for most things, for 20-30 bucks more.
Or if you want to save money, the rx-590, will be in general about 10-25% weaker, at a savings of 100 bucks. (Really depends on game)

If you're just more comfortable with nVidia, I'd personally get a used 1070 ti in good condition from someone upgrading. That alone will run about $150-200, but it's a better card.

Do you want to play it in High - Settings Smoothly or Ultra - Settings Smoothly?

Because you have plenty of elbow room, from dropping to an older Ryzen or a cheaper gaming card.

That asrock B450 is a cheap piece of shit board though. It has close to a 15% fail rate from what I understand. I wouldn't get it. You'll probably blue screen a few times a week, and that's way more annoying to me, then being able to run something in 4k ultra at 240 Hz

That's kinda overpriced 2600 is kinda old at this point

Ryzen 1600AF is comparable to 2600 and only $85. If you can't build yourself, you should take a look at logicalincrement, then ask on foe parts. And pay your builder whatever money you think sufficient.

>And pay your builder whatever money you think sufficient.
Going average is $100 for standard build, $180 custom build (LED, Software, Wire management).

thats a hamburger not a computer

Nice bottleneck faggot. Why spend in one area and limit yourself in another?

Yeah, plenty of people have mentioned the shitty mobo.
