no no no like there is three wires and they weren't directly connected to the light bulb fixture, between was one of these clamp thingies.. idk what to call them but you put a wire in one side and a wire in the other side and screw the thing down and they connect. know what i mean? i think you do
anyways, two wires go to the bulb and the tird was there to close the circuit or something and that wasn't screwed in properly and so there was no circuit and so all the other things in that room were ded... took me a while until i noticed to >.<
