Hydrogen peroxide, nail polish (acetone, at least re distillate it), and HCl. Acetic acid works too.
This way you got your product in humid state, meaning it's not as unstable as dry.
Can be stabilized later with nitrocellulose aka ping pong balls in acetone to make some kind of plastic

Dont make too much, and dry it just before you need it.
