The missing $900 is probably just from some retard not entering a lottery pack into the system correctly. Happens all the time.
However, it is illegal for an employee of a location that sells lottery to purchase lottery while on shift (to reduce the possibility of corruption).
Technically and legally speaking, all of your lottery winnings were illegitimate, and you may get audited for all of them and have to pay them back. And no, they won't give you what you spent on them back either, just straight up loss.
