i have a neighbor who regularly gets dressed/undressed with no curtains or blinds. I've tried recording video on my fuji camera but it comes out like garbage in low light. any suggestions?

everything looks great through the viewfinder, but goes to shit as soon as i hit record. its admittedly a cheap bridge camera, but i can't understand why it can't just record exactly what i see on the screen
