can I get away with driving with a suspended license? My car is up to date with all of its tags and there are no mechanical reasons why I would get pulled over.

I would drive sober. I didnt get my license suspended for dui. Id probably drive without a valid license for maybe a week or so. I would be crossing state lines and driving maybe 60 miles on a few days. getting busted wouldnt be worth it if they impounded my car but if i could keep the car id be okay with the fine. its 250-500 in my state

i've been driving with expired registration and no insurance for about 4 years and i've only gotten pulled over twice. both times it was because i get out extremely late at night from work and i had a broken brake light that still worked, but the glass was shattered around it. cop was just being a dick i think, but he let me go.

if you have no visible reason to get pulled over and drive in populated areas at reasonable hours, you can make it. obviously your chances of getting pulled over increase as time goes on, but they're very small if you obey the law otherwise

lol you're not from a big city huh, here it's mad easy to get your license suspended for a year, more than 50% of my friends have a suspended license over some absolutely ridiculous shit. Just don't get pulled over for a year and get your license back, I haven't been pulled over in 5 years it's not that hard. It's absurd for the courts to think you can continue paying rent and supporting your family without the ability to drive

its hard to say. I don't know your area...In my experience avoiding the niggers is a combo of both. Though I have been wrong. You actually never know.
I like to drive REALLY fucking fast on certain areas i know for a fact i wont be caught, then gotta slow down. Sometimes it is beneficial to be in a more populated area if you can keep your shit together because you blend in and the chance of getting busted is lowered. Hopefully some other person will fuck up and the attention will be on them

i got my license suspended for getting 2 speeding tickets and not showing up to either of the court dates. i would say im a decent driver. i dont weave in and out of traffic, and ive never been in an accident. the first speeding ticket was for going 80 on a straight away with no cars around me and the second ticket was for going 40 on a 25mph road that looks more like a highway. if i get pulled over my plan would be to say im on the way to the DMV to get my license squared away. if im heading away from the DMV or its after hours Im not sure what i'd say.

I did it for years when i was a poorfag. Make sure you don't speed beyond the going pace, don't have any stupid mechanical issues like too dark tint or cracked windshield, you can get away with it for a long time. The only thing that can fuck you is if someone rear-ends you and you have to show reg and licence for a police report.

Don't say stupid bullshit like that, cops have heard all the dumb lines like that 100 times. Just tell them the truth and be genuinely remorseful, or at least act like it really well. They're likely to cut you loose saying to get it fixed right away.

If your car is 100% and your driving is on point then you likely won't get pulled over, but there's always the chance that maybe you do. Also, you can get in a crash and even though it's not your fault you still get busted for driving on a suspended license. Now if I showed up to the scene I wouldn't arrest you if you had good insurance (cop, btw), but I work for a big city where I simply don't have time to deal with some petty shit like that. I also take into consideration what the licenae was suspended for. Umpteenth DWI? Some tickets you couldn't pay? Anyway, it's possible for poor folk to get caught in an endless cycle of poverty and suspended licenses, so I try to be mindful of what people are going through. At any rate your shit could get towed and you could go to jail, and this really depends on the officer and the area you're in.

Don't listen to these idiots. If you get caught, you're not just getting a ticket or your car impounded, you're going to get arrested. Then you will have to post bond, got no car, no license, still have to go to court and face a judge that you have already disobeyed once. And no, the cops aren't going to cut you a break. Those days are long gone now that everything is being recorded.

Is the car in your name? You'd better believe that if a cop comes up behind you their tag scanner is going to pop that you have a suspended license. Your best bet would be to drive a car in someone else's name.
