What is supposed to happen is that every load of bodies is to be covered with construction debris before the next load is sent down. A Maintenance team will look into who is violating policy. The sub floors get real weird from what I hear. I'm on 420 and shit is weird down here. The artificial lighting down here and sub par construction means everything is dim and kind of shady. We have our food and supplies shipped in from higher floors and most of us in this section are working in material testing labs. We also have a large population of displaced humans and non humans and there is some weird shit going on with trafficking and drugs through here. Not entirely sure. It gets worse further out from central structures and transportation. I'm pretty close to the central vertical transportation hub and science facilities. I hear there is better shit going on in the higher levels.
