My actual MRI. Spinal specialist diagnosis on my back: L5 and S1 in the lower lumbar area has marked disk disease, no bad herniations some but not a lot. Severe spinal stenosis of the holes where the nerves are (nerves being compressed by bone), and the stenosis is very significant for my age. Also grade 2 spondylolisthesis L5 on S1. Had surgery, lumber laminectomy with fusion and permanent titanium rods/screws. The doctor said that this most likely started happening when I was a teen and just took a long time to finally reach a breaking point, it was not caused by an injury or any kind of physical trauma.

When you break your hand it swells up like crazy. Im a lil spic and i broke my hand boxing, my right hand turned into a bunch of bananas

Took 8 months to fully recover. Also got addicted to the pain pills they gave me, took 15mg Norcos for 6 months, 2-3 times a day. The withdrawal from that was worse than my actual recovery.

All is way better and range of motion is great, nerve damage in both my legs. I lost a lot of feeling in my calves and toes.

One of the most horrible things I have ever experienced was the "buzzing" feeling in both my legs and feet. Think of a part of your body falling asleep, that annoying tingle... That was constant in my legs and feet for almost 5 months and if someone/something bumped my legs or feet my entire body would feel like I was getting shocked.
