Procharged (centrifugal supercharger), full exhaust, mcleod rps clutch, injectors, etc. basic setup hope to do a blower cam, fuel pump, and more boost. It’s just a P1 supercharger and maxed out I think I can make just over 700hp. Tons of fun, love this car! 560 to the wheels is healthy as im only running 5.5-6lbs of boost. Also I’m only 30 so not quite boomer status.

They're one of kind cars that need extra looking after and if you dont know how to or learn how to, it'll run your wallet. If there's one you're looking at with apex seals that are almost mint then it's definitely worth getting, they haul ass and handle extremely well. Down side is that they require semi frequent maintenance to keep healthy and they may be a 1.3 liter rotary but the shit guzzles gas like a v8. Nonetheless, I love my car and I would never trade it for anything else.

Unfortunately not. All 14's are auto. The ones optioned with a manual also come with bi-modal exhaust and mag-ride standard, which put them out of my price range.

If you don't fuck around with the motor, rotaries are easy to maintain. If you do dick with the motor, you had better know what you are doing.

Already have axleback exhaust. Probably getting a Rotofab intake system soon. If I end up keeping it, I'd like to eventually get it procharged, cammed, and tuned. We'll see.

Making sure the cooling is squared away is number one. These things run hot. Even wiring harnesses are almost considered a wear item because of heat.

I had a n/a FC with over 200k that I beat like a runaway slave and it just kept ticking. I put 40k on it without changing the oil, just adding a quart every few thousand due to oil injection.

I'd also get the Damond motor mounts, but if I replace one, I want the full set, which is like, $600-$700. It does have a JBR passenger side mount though, which is the main one to deal with the wheel hop.
All in all, I'd use more of my refund on mods, but my current living situation isn't the best, and I'm trying to get some walls built in this crappy little place I'm in.

He has some motor/tranny mounts from JBR I think, Cobb accessport, damond short shift plate, koni street struts w/ eibach springs, full corksport turboback exhaust, corksport SRI and turbo inlet tube, forge bpv, corksport intercooler, stoptech sport pads and slotted rotors, a front lip and some LEDs all over. Probably forgot a thing or 2

Any idea what kind of power he's putting out with all that? Honestly surprised I don't see an upgraded turbo on that list.

Well he bought the car with like 90k miles and it had the intake, bpv, turboback exhaust, and the accessport. So that's the very expensive stuff already on... he paid fucking $8000 cash for the car. I couldn't believe he got that deal

And the intercooler was on there, I think he's gonna get the corksport steering wheel and a corksport RSB and be done modding. Probably a custom tune too, if it were my car I'd do more but I think he's done till he gets a new car

Fuck Cali, I got mine with jus the JBR mount and the shitty wrap from the PO, for $9.8k or so, but i decided to bite the bullet and tack on another $2k for a full mechanical warranty from the bank. I actually had a DC4 (just an LS) before i got my MS3, but there were so many problems popping up one after another, that by the time I'd save up enough to fix the one problem, another 2 would show up. Then I got a CEL for random misfires, bad cat, CV axles going out, and I eventually just sold it with like, $1k worth of brand new parts not even out of the box, for $1,400 and cut my losses. Dude i sold it to ended up being a total niggerfaggot though, never registered in his name, ran up 2 toll bills which I got dropped by showing bill of sale, then he got it impounded when he was arrested for fuck knows what. I could've went and got it back from the lot since it was still in my name, but I didn't wanna chance that shit. Was a super fun little car, but when it came to speed, it had nothing to give really.

Ya, I can do most repairs, and most all the costs were the parts. But at some point I had to say it's not worth it.
It's the reason I got the warranty on the MS3, if something big goes wrong then I'll be damn glad I got it.
