There are dozens of listings for this image all on shady reseller sites, and no listing from a verified seller -- it's all amazon, aliexpress, alibaba, and other shady sites.
I would worry about material with this one. The listing you linked said it is "medical TPE silicone", which is not a thing; TPE and silicone are completely different materials. Other listings I found had similarly weird descriptions for material. It might have some novel material that explains why it's so cheap... but that isn't exactly a good sign.
If that's the size you're looking at, consider an Aiko doll. They're the same size and are in the $500 to $800 range, a bit more expensive, but have verified quality; one of the regulars here bought a new one recently and loves it.

You can get internal heating on dolls.
