Probably the opening of the unfinished swan throwing you onto a blank white screen. You press random buttons because nothing is happening and all of a sudden you throw a black ink drop and everything clicks. Furthermore storytelling in this game is amazing since a lot of it stems in large part from gameplay. You may know what remains of Edith Finch, it’s from the same developer.

probably this whole fucking game. the whole having to change controller ports during a fight so mantis could not read your mind, or when he reads your memory card history or tell you to put your controller on the ground and moves it. i can't think of any other game that tried to pull the user into the game like that one did.
