I keep it to myself most of the time but I believe the mentally handicapped are a genuine drain on society's resources. They need to be sterilized and sent to to the mindless, repetitive tasks they are most suited for while being provided the basic necessities such as shelter, food, medical care and teletubbies episodes to keep them entertained.

When I was in high school, there was retard there who could NOT function. Period. He was literally dumber than the average dog, he couldn't even talk. The most complex task he could be directed to do that he would understand and execute was to walk to a specified location. Yet for some fucking reason, tax dollars went to trying to get this borderline potato through the education system. He had an aid that went with him through every class to essentially write down the answers on his behalf. He was behind several years yet money still went towards getting him that high school education.

Why? It is such a waste. That money could have gone towards upgrading the library for students who actually have the capacity to retain knowledge. Instead it just ensures the retards won't shit themselves the first day they get to be the diversity hire for the quarter.
