I cant talk for any of the app delivery things but none of the pizza delivery places give the drivers the delivery fee, it's to the owners. Sometimes the owner or franchise will use it to pay for the corporate car insurance but a lot dont, even though that might be either against their franchise agreement or possibly illegal. Basically just never order delivery, it's a scam that screws the employees and the customers.

They make an hourly wage though
