Hey Cred Forums today i tried 40mg of adderall for the first time and could tell if I was having a panic attack or just hyperventilating.

>at first hour everything feels like its going by quick, euphoria, then I became confused, clumsy, etc
>another hour and I feel restless and really happy, constantly on my feet, felt my heart pounding to hard. nausea. out of breath when talking.
>starving because didnt eat shit but couldn't feel it,
>back pain, left arm pain, left shoulder pain, sweating like shit. felt like I didnt have control over anything but was in a great mood at the same time. did alot of labor work I normally would be to tired to do

If it's the XR, that's basically meth. That's a stimulant high. I used to curb the anxiousness you were describing by smoking a cigarette then it became a little more enjoyable. I remember blowing through 20 pills one night, not sleeping then doing a huge line before high school.

I'm about to talk to my doctor about getting a prescription... not really looking forward to it honestly I don't like stimulants but my life is falling apart due to my complete lack of motivation to complete any tasks.

I had the xr, buddy said it was the safer one. i took the first 20mg and he said it wouldnt do shit so i had the other one. im still feeling aches and pains all over

I've used the other ones but they are abuse resistant. This one used to give me that rush.

yeah you took too much. 20 mg isnt a lot if you take it often/everyday. the sweating is a common side effect of amphetamines and it's due to high serotonin levels (serotonin syndrome). the aches and pains are because amphetamine constricts your blood vessels, which deprives your muscles of oxygen. since you took more than your body could handle, it was like you were exercising for several hours nonstop.

I've been prescribed 20mg's for years now and I think they're great if you use them right. I take as few as I can and save the rest for long days at work. I never take ove 60-70mg though. That's when you start flinching or blinking and grinding your teeth and shit. But I like to say the real reason they're called amps is because they amplify whatever mood you're in. If you're being a lazy piece of shit you're not gonna get up and do work. You're gonna be extra lazy. But if you're out working and take some you're gonna enjoy whatever it is you're doing and do it 20 times better

XR 20mg is like 10 mg when you take it and 10mg 4 to 5 hrs later . It's actually very weak but for a first timer for you its strong obviously.
Adderall IR is immediate release u get the full amount immediately.

If you want something a bit more subtle and smooth I would suggest trying Vyvanse, its adderall but tweaked a bit that has a constant straight effect all the way through. I've taken adderal ir and xr and I had the comedown of withdrawal. Vyvanse also allows me to eat.
Taking these stimulants please make sure to hydrate yourself plenty, and as for the hunger from protein shake since you'll be thirsty alot.
