Unless weeks have gone by and you've gotten that pig pen sparking clean and all the manure spread and decomposed they can get the victims DNA from the pig shit, if not from the little bits and pieces left from the pigs messing eating habits. Forensics has made the old "feed to pigs" method obsolete. Plus, practicality wise unless you or a con-conspirator are pig farmers you'll most likely get caught just by the process of trespassing to get to the pigs.
