Guys back on topic the point of this is that meal kits are convenient for the elderly and blue apron had the idea of doing diabetic friendly meals and they can sell to hospitals and businesses etc too. We used blue apron for 2 years and stopped cause they quality control went to absolute shit. We where getting refunded every other box. Grocery store Is 3 hours away and it's basically a gas station. Really fun getting home on friday to find out 1 inch of snow two states away is the reason we wont be getting vegetables for a week.
