It is substantially easier to carry a 110 lb woman than a 110 lb doll. The woman can hold on to you, contort herself to be held better, and help you keep in balance by shifting her weight; a doll will do the opposite of all of these things.

Also, unless you're dating a paraplegic, most real women don't need to be carried everywhere like dolls do. You don't need to carry her to the couch because you want to watch TV with her, you just tell the bitch to walk there. But anywhere you want the doll to go, you are its only source of transportation.
