When I started getting old the first thing that happened is I started going bald. It was the first time I actually connected with the advent of my mortality. It was a reminder that I was going to die and cease to exist. "Fine this is something I have no control over just let the baldness happend but I'd be damned if I'm a fat bald man no way" life has a way of sneaking things in if you let it but keep reading. I developed grey hair before both if my siblings 18 months apart in age and I was 29. Anout 5 years before the balding started. I started looking like an old man but didnt feel that way. "Fine this is something I have no control over just let the baldness and greyness happen but I'd be damned if I'm a fat bald grey man no way" now that I'm 38 years old I went to look in the mirror and noticed that the weight was sticking. Needless to say I ran to the gym and now I'm stacked. I'm a bald grey bearded man with a hot body women stare at me all the time because although I'm bald on the top and have grey side burns and a grey beard. The muscles make me hot it's hard to explain that mixture to another man but think of a really hot older woman with grey streaks but really cute it's sort of like that. The point of this is allow nature to do its thing untill it insist on doing things to you that you have power over because it will. Itll sneak it in

start working out, shave it all off, get a tan on your head. Grow a beard if you can and maintain it, if not its not the end of the world, just get strong, and own your bald head, don't hide it with a hat. I went bald at 19. I'm 30 now. It really sucked until about 25 when i could grow a beard. After that I got a lot of attention from women, and frankly still do.

Vision can go bad over time, that's mostly genetic. My ophthalmologist almost hollared at me when I brought that laser corrective surgery up but once he explained it to me I understand why was so serious about it.
The main reason is that if genetic then you can only do it once so once done will keep deteriorating from that point in time, plus there's always that chance of it fucking up and you get that foggy vision in that eye or rainbows around light sources.
He's a real conservative ophthalmologist and I'm glad for it especially when contacts and glasses are available.
That's a good way to tell an honest doctor from a dishonest one, when he talks you out of something stupid and risky.

I've shaved my head for awhile and just grow a beard. It's a very typical look, nothing to be ashamed of.
