My girlfriend broke up with me a week ago. My heart is absolutely broken and I still feel devastated. I tend to listen to sad music during times like this while drinking heavily. I cant say that it helps but perhaps wallowing in it for a bit is a part of the recovery process. Any suggestions? I'll also post what I've been listening too
