Help a /b-tard out. Which job should I take?

Job A
>$18.50/hr + mileage+ guaranteed OT
>Mostly manual labor
>Kinda stress free for the most part

Job B
>$22/hr + mileage + bonuses + OT
>Account management type job with some sales and order taking
>More stress since I'll be dealing with store managers

the fuck are you going to get out of job a that is better then 5K extra in your pocket? other than a good tan and stronger muscles. also job b you get networking opportunities more then manual labor. if you are going to start your own lanscaping/contracting company you can always just save money and buy one

Job B. Any "stressful" job eventually becomes a normal day. So you might as well sit in air conditioning and get paid more.

It's a field job. Both of them are

I know exactly where you work, lol.

if you get along with people well then job B otherwise you can just do job A, and not have to worry about responsibilities, assuming your not skipping your work.

from my 6 months in job B, the "sales Experience" is so far not helping me land a sales job in another field at all.

>I know exactly where you work, lol.

???
Okay, post the name

your in the beverage/snack distribution industry right?

Yes.

LoL

That's job A

Job B is more Dairy

So what company did you work for?

eww i would not want to deal with cleaning up spilled or soiled milk/dairy.

im going to stay anonymous

The job pays more, more bonuses, and they're aren't as hated as Pepsi or Coke within the retail world

Are you good at sales? Job 1 sounds more stable

Retail sales for a consumer goods company is pretty good. Just have decent social skills, and know what products to order

it is, but i just cant get up and go to work at 3 am anymore, i always get in trouble for being late.

If you can't do it then just choose the other job after all it's better to work a worse job than to get fired from a slightly better job

It's more like 5-6am

too many variables

what type of person you are
coworkers
location of job

also labor job depends on what you do.

Whichever job doesn’t have niggers

Actually retail jobs in Cali is full of full of spics and you know that Paco the illegal immigrant working for minimum wage. Maybe you should try stopping derailing threads you fucking spics

Job B because it is a better resume and wealth builder.
Always remember that nothing is permenant. You work at B for 2 years then start applying all over while youre still there. Ultimatley youll find something thatll pay you more and or provide better working conditions

this is a new copypasta now?

>Always remember that nothing is permenant. You work at B for 2 years then start applying all over while youre still there. Ultimatley youll find something thatll pay you more and or provide better working conditions

Basically what I'm doit why going back to school

Yes, I made it earlier. Your point?

>mileage
You should quit your trucking "career" and go back to college before you lose your job to automation

We get mileage because we car our cars.

>we car our cars
Seriously bud, go back. Might be too late for this semester but you can enroll for the summer.

Dumb rednecks scared of robots taking jobs now
This has been said for decades, it's not happening.

lemme break it down for you

Job A
>min wage
>wanting overtime
>manual labor
>working for that low of a wage for manual fucking labor
>stress free but only if your work mates are cool and you still get work when the weather's bad

vs

Job B
>22/hr, not bad I guess
>bonuses are cool
>wanting overtime, fuck that shit off
>account management bullshit will suck your soul like all office jobs
>office job stress plus HR plus shit managers plus brown nosers plus high-school tier drama and gossip will suck what's left of your soul

I'd say neither. Talk the manual labor job up to 25 or 30 an hour like they usually are.
no-one wants to work in 40 degree heat or in the fucking rain for under 25/h.
you also have to factor in that the manual labor job might just call off work for the day if there's bad weather. 1 week of rain on a building site means you dont get paid for a week.

This faggot is a trucker delivering sodas for a living. Its not like he can be super picky about what job he wants.

Funny thing is I had a co-worker who talked like you. Then I asked him how much he was getting paid. Turns out he was getting below what the company was paying........
Okay? It's a stable job that'll last mevmy life

>Last for life
Lol yeah, good luck with that when you're 40 and your back and knees are all fucked up from carrying heavy ass crates of beverages all day

>good luck with that when you're 40 and your back and knees are all fucked up from carrying heavy ass crates of beverages all day

You're overestimating how much labor is in this kind of job.

Also I don't work that kind of job anymore, hence the thread

You're clearly young. Networking and experience are the only things that matter right now.

If you're not young, you're fucked if these are your offers.

>You're overestimating how much labor is in this kind of job.
I really doubt that. I did A LOT of research while I attempted to get a CDL. Then I got into an accident and that plan went to shit. Worked out for the best though. I'm glad I didn't end up doing that shit.
