dont take out the piercing, especially when its infected. Top tissue heals quicker, so you will encapsulate the infection and have major difficulties down the road.

Instead, get a warm cup of water with a lot of salt and mix the salt with the water. Put the cup on your piercing. Maybe slosh it a round a bit.

Do this for a couple of consecutive days and the infection will dissipate.

Sounds like a shit piercer. There's a lot of stupid piercing advice on the internet. At most, once a day, following a shower, spray the piercing using something very similar to, or the same as, pic related. Wash with mild, unscented soaps. Avoid bar soaps, and very hot water.

The last thing you want to do is take out the piercing when it is infected. You can get an internal infection that could end up you losing a tit. DO NOT DO THIS BEFORE CONSULTING A PHYSICIAN.

Apart from saline washes you can't really do anything. My gfs piercing flares up now and again too. Its no biggie, just keep washing it and keep washing your bra's too. Reusing bra's for an extended period will increase the chance of the infection staying or recurring.

could be a few things.

A. Body is having mild allergic reaction to the steel ( try titanium )
b. Body is rejecting piercing ( no way to fix this body gets weird sometimes) i know several people who had piercings for years and no issues then got sick lowered immune system and piercings all rejected ( is also a cause of pressure bumps as it tries to grow over piercing
c. you keep knocking and tearing it and it cant heal properly and is forming a pressure blister/bump
d. you've gotten some gunk or introduced stuff into the piercing and its caught and constantly trying to reject/clean itself

I tend to avoid wearing bras where I can (which isn't easy without a flat chest)
I only wear clean, soft, breathable shirts with no visible lint or fuzz
If I'm going out or exercising, I put the equivalant of a big bandaid on them to keep 'em flat

if you think you've got something in the piercing take it out completely boil the piercing in water to clean it and get a warm saline solution in a syringe and squirt it through the nipple several times to clean it.

allow to dry and then clean hands with alcohol wipes and re insert cleaned piercing
